@mvilain The problem is, we are in a position of strength and able to do these things. The practices should be made illegal so no one who isn't in that position can be compelled to do them. @grendel84

Also questions asking when I graduated from college and martial status are nunya (busines).
I won't provide references until there's a background check so managers aren't used as sales leads.
I won't sign contracts with an arbitration clause or disparagement clause.
