     Part of the problem with Musk is the index funds including his companies in their offerings thus threatening a lot of people's savings.

     @dangillmor I lost faith in SEC Enforcement a long time ago. I can't believe the crap they let M*sk get away with, with his "it was just a joke" stuff... when he instigates double digit percentage paper losses for stockholders in a certain EV company and the like. He's done it more than once.
