   @wolf480pl no, it's got the same electrification as poland (for now, conversion to ac planned... some day), the loco change is mostly a policy thing, pkp ic just doesn't much like to send their locomotives further (there was a train with ep09 all the way to prague though), also because they like to use the line via rybnik or raciborz so there's a change of direction in bohumin, requiring a change anyway, this will probably only be fixed when/if they finally rebuild and extend the line through jastrzebie

Prędkość maksymalna pojazdów ma wynosić nie mniej niż 200 km/h. Producent musi uzyskać dopuszczenie pojazdów do eksploatacji w sześciu krajach, tj. w Polsce, Niemczech, Austrii, Czechach, Słowacji i na Węgrzech. Wszystkie lokomotywy będą wyposażone w system ETCS poziomu drugiego.
     
     Don’t worry they will still be changing the loco in Bohumín.
