   @wolf480pl @djasa @piggo @josie or this thing is a shelter... actually it kind of seems the old shelters are bit overbuilt for the most likely purpose (debris from intercepted missiles and drones) they may have these days and in fact could actually be a tempting target because they are quite big and a meter or two of reinforced concrete is nothing for a modern weapon

     @pony @djasa @piggo @josie yeah looks like every other shelter any responsible would have. As long as the doors and ventilation haven't rusted away, looks great.

     A bomb shelter needs to have a backup exit that won't be covered with rubble, and some sort of ventilation. Otherwise it's a mass grave.

     @piggo @djasa @wolf480pl @josie it depends, there's a difference in just a bomb shelter which doesn't really need all that much to work, it's just a place you hide in for few hours, and nbc shelters (like Parukarka) that need to be supplied and prepared before potential use
