     The slowest but I'm building up to 10km/day and once I normalize that every day, I'll work on intensity, Power 10s, and Power 20s.

     But I think I'm ready to start with 10,000 daily meters again, every day, forever. This time, for reals. I did this before, for years, it just hasn't been something I've been able to commit to in the last couple years. Too busy rucking and walking. But I'm back, baby!
