     I saw a play at a fringe festival in Dublin where one of the characters lived on a farm and his dad wanted to sell the family bull so he could go to trade school. He described very vividly how black pudding was made.
     
     I bought some at the grocery store a few times and cooked them for breakfast sausage in my hostel. They were pretty good. 😋

     @yukiame @Sabex @djsumdog however this works out we should get some black pudding. And lard, salted pig fat, and NGL "dressed herring" is promising. I fucking love me some German pickled herring salad.
