     @youronlyone If im not mistaken I believe the #socialweb discussion began about a decade before, in 1996. It was coined by Howard Rheingold, who explored the idea of virtual communities and community centers.

     @fromjason Ooh! Now that's new, I didn't know that.

     I only remember when events were held starting in 2005 (IIRC) about the #SocialWeb. I think it was in France, and it was there #Web3 was first coined (not the crypto Web3).

     Thank you for sharing! That's a very important piece of history that should not be forgotten!
