     Yup, that comment was a good test too because it shows 1) I agreed that Trump was shit and 2) was only critical of Biden as well

     So shows even when someone agrees, simply criticising their own worshipful idiot is enough... showing a pretty extreme silo mentality.. its a good litmus test to weed out the problem ones in society, throw them a two-for where you agree with them but add a minor criticism of their side with it and see if they loose their shit or not.

     Argument for what? Provocation for what? No one is arguing anything, I am just agreeing trump is shit, and voicing my opinion that so is biden. No one is trying to be convinced of anything. It is only trying to be a lithmus test for people who are going to loose their shit over someone not thinking your racist-history candidate is good. If you loose your shit over someones opinion, one as you point out was just made in passing and not even made into an argument, then yea, you are doing me a favor by muting yourself out of the conversation.

     @freemo @admin @flexghost Yea no, because there isn't an argument there, just a provocation and not even a clever one, as demonstrably false. There is no argument here that Biden is an infallible President, but his decisions often were sane and understandable, fact-based and some of them successful. I think the discussion here is about which toots are worth one's time, and sorry, there is nothing there that deserves the energy or the self praise. Based on this, I fully understand muting you.

     @freemo @admin @flexghost You can do that, but there needs to be a little more than "everything Biden ever said was wrong". Yawn! Honestly, what do you want to reply to this? All you can do there is assess if you want to go into a "discussion" with someone who just wants to sound edgy and has it all figured out anyway / is a potential troll. Most of us have been on Twitter/X, and I understand everybody who doesn't want to waste energy on this.

     What are you on about... Everytime you say "Trump is an asshole" are you required to go off on a full diatrabe to justify it... nope. Now I dont mind explaining myself if asked, but to assume that because I didnt just add a full workup on my initial comment without even being asked that I am somehow deserving of a mute is, well, kinda wackadoodle as far as I can see it.

     And yes I **do** understand why someone may not want to waste energy on debating it... guess what, you dont have to. You can literally hear that someone agrees with you on some candidates (hating trump) and disagrees on others (liking biden) and you dont have to actually waste energy into having a debate about it. you can literally just say "yea i like Biden to each their own"or say nothing at all and just move on.

     Thats kinda the point, the fact that you think anyone needs to waste energy on the fact that someone likes different candidates than you is usually a good indication YOU are the toxic one for caring that much about people agreeing with you int he first place.
