   You ABSOLUTELY don't want this to be a law in your country.

     War die klügste Entscheidung: Dadurch gilt auch das Strafrecht für Unternehmen und die können so als Ganzes in Haftung genommen werden. Bisher - Vorstände schon Schuldfrage immer hin und her, bis niemand mehr schuldig gesprochen wurde.
     Das fehlt in deutschem Strafrecht!
