You've listed your medication, & an emergency power system- that's not unwell, it's basic preparedness. Maybe add a small camping-type stove to that list, if you don't already have one.

Also depends on the apocalypse you're worried about. Planning for a few weeks without services due to climate disaster is ever more prudent. Planning for the end of civilization is still just expensive.
