     @carolconnolly It took me til now to have the wherewithall to get up from bed and take everything so I can go back to bed and not be in *pain (*as much )

     @carolconnolly Really need to deal with this in the new year - it's shocking how much pain you can become "accustomed" to being in... like this is the new normal. But it shouldn't be. But until the holidays are over there's nothing much I can do. Makes me remember how others have been putting up with pain as part of life for so long.

     @carolconnolly Mostly, reminders to take action. It's too easy "because it hurts" to do nothing which will not make the hurts go away (where they can). And Thank you.
