Is there a way to overcome the lack of confidence that says other people don't want to see me as much as I'd like to see them. I'm pretty sure it's bull but I have real trouble believing. Ideas anyone?

Of my friends I reach out more, and it used to hurt when people didn’t reply, but a few honest conversations from some friends taught me some have reasons nothing to do with me when they’re not responding. Some would feel guilty that they hadn’t replied but said they loved that I reached out again anyway!
Worst case you don’t hear back but try not to let it get to you, best case, awesome catch up. -
