I mixed up this Habanero Ranch dip last week and promptly forgot about it under the sorcery of the Honey Mussey agents.
But I just had some tendies with the Habanero shit? Dang.

@PNS
Baking powder in the flour before you bread them
Suffice to say I'm patting myself on the back for once again stealing from a corporation.
I prolly mused on it for 2 months... How'd they do that?
I'm a recipe savant. I've stolen so many recipes I've found in restaurants, I'm Most Wanted.
I was going for Tim Hortons White Habanero sauce. The trick is not pushing it with any other spices. Nothing but ranch and mayo and Habanero sauce.
It's like hot poi.
There's a weird translucency to it. This 'white vehicle' with this slowly building heat and just the hint of the pepper itself.
Nah and not even flour.
Ultra fine corn flake crumbs. You got into it with them in a mortar and pestle. It's to the same fineness as the spices, namely pepper.
But superfine gets you the thinnest, crispiest and most durable breading possible.
