I'm v proud to be a member of the Samman Technical Coaching Society, which helps technical coaches do a better job.

In Jan, @emilybache and I are offering a course for developers, team leads and technical coaches who want to deliver 'learning hour' sessions.

Our goal is to equip participants with the skills they need to actually lead sessions in their organization, so the course is hands-on and participatory. We actively use the teaching patterns that we recommend.
