Well, notice what they're doing to Trump at the high level. Imagine what they're doing to normal people at the ground level. This strikes me as a powder keg. I seriously think 2024 is going to be a year where normal white people just pull the trigger over things like having their food stamps get cut off for some stupid pretext, but actually because they're white. I feel it in the air that people are ready to just fucking go this time. They increasingly see no future if they're good goys and so see no consequences for lashing out.

  The elites are insecure, they're losing a war they initiated in Eastern Europe, the Middle East is on fire again in part thanks to the war they initiated in Europe and their ally is making them look like massive hypocrites, if a war breaks out in Asia it looks like they're going to lose that one too. The West has lost standing internationally they don't want to lose their standing domestically either so they're going to pull out all the stops to stay in power only every time they resist by shitting on whites they're going to find themselves locked in a worsening quagmire. The potential for a civil war when they need a unified country the most is going to make them feel more insecure. They have no serious army anymore, no industrial base to wage a war, the money is going to start running out soon, they're completely fucked. They were snoozing in the driver's seat for the last few decades they're going to realize soon that they're running out of road to travel on. Everyone sees how fake and gay everything is now. They fucked up, everything is just damage control now to try and maintain the status quo but status quo is going out the door. It's not a question of if the empire will fall but when.

  @ChristopherBRobin @narada @NEETzsche @Owl @Hoss So back in October there was a local controversy that's a great microcosm of this conflict. At University of Johns Hopkins they have a statue of the school mascot. And its tradition to let the students paint the mascot for various events.
  
  Well the Chinese students painted it red and gold for the PRC National Day. There was much seething from the Taiwanese and Indian students. Calling for the girl to be fucking executed. Would you believe that this is the one instance where reddit actually supports deportations.

  I get the impression the majority of regular Taiwanese don't actually see China as a grand evil aside from millennials, but I also don't look too closely into their politics. I hope so though, I think China has better long term planning in this regard than most US politicians. They don't want violence on the strait. All this with trying to shove arms into Taiwan is just stupid it just seems so incompetent.

  @Hoss They unironically say that affirmative action has gone away because SCOTUS ruled such. I've been trolling on there the past couple weeks and at first I thought they were just saying that to pretend that further anti-White discrimination ended, but now I've come to realize that they actually believe that if the SCOTUS rules something then everybody "has" to obey and once the courts make a finding of fact on any topic reality itself is bound by it.
  
  Really I just wanted to go on there and own the libs, but their outlook is so surreal that I don't even think they're actually libs anymore. They're their own thing. At least shitlibs have the wherewithal to say that the SCOTUS or whatever is just wrong when it produces non-liberal opinions. These people seem to really think that courts and other "official" bodies get to outright determine who is "right." I think it follows from a certain midwit fixation with "sources" where they have decent reading comprehension but they want to outsource all epistemology so that no disagreement on facts can take place.

  @Hoss Like I said, I don't think it's merely liberalism at play there. In fact I don't even think they qualify. I saw them downvote claims that Clarence Thomas has a conflict of interest because there's no official proceeding saying as much. All debates there immediately get reduced to who can cite the most official source.
  
  It's not that they fundamentally can't comprehend a weighing of different perspectives and arriving at a conclusion. It's that they think there must be a unified adjudication system for this. If you have the right credentials you get to play the song and dance of rubbing your chin and wondering and considering all of the details, and then you get to make a determination, and that determination counts for everyone else. They are bound by this. Only people in a designated club get to think things are nuanced or complicated.
  
  There can be no two competing versions of events. They can be no competing explanations for why things the way they are. There could be no two competing versions of what is taking place. It all must be unified.
  
  The fact that these ostensibly progressive users are so readily willing to completely transform their worldview based on what amounts to a judicial/academic blog post speak to something much more mentally ill than just having a wacky political ideology. Odd as it might seem, my experience there lately is that these users are what's left of the true believer class in The Cathedral.

  Why do you think they flipped the fuck out so hard when Roe was overturned despite it having pretty much zero effect on abortion in blue states? The Redditor loves to talk down to you believing he has a firm grasp on how things work when he'd likely fail a civics exam harder than your average uninformed layman if asked to take one on the spot.

  Going even further on the abortion example, why do you think Redditors always heap praise on le enlightened Europe and frequently say America needs to adopt the "European model" for fucking everything without even taking so much as a cursory glance at legal restrictions on abortion in America (even in most red states post-Roe overturn) vs the legal restrictions on abortion in most of Europe?
