   @NEETzsche @Hoss In times past I think I talked myself into thinking shit was hitting the fan soon because I was bored and wanted something to happen. Now, and especially in the past few weeks, I have a sort of sick feeling in the pit of my stomach like something both horrible and unavoidable is going to happen. I agree, its just in the air right now.

     @Vril_Oreilly @narada @NEETzsche @Hoss I said something similar earlier. Even the Christmas spirit isn't in the air anymore. Feels like people are just going through the motions and even just barely at that.

     I'm actually feeling somewhat afraid.

     Like I said in another thread, it's a very strange that my boomercon father is now agreeing with my long-held opinion that playing by the rules in a game where you're opponent brazenly is not following them is retarded.

     You don't humor the guy who wants you to peacefully come to the table and play his rigged game of chess where you don't have a queen or any rooks or knights but he gets to start with all his pieces. You pick up that chessboard and knock his fucking teeth out with it.

     My fellow feral humans (small business owners) are mostly reporting cratering sales and traffic. Even the weather is working against the season spirit.

     Running into people left and right being dropped from healthcare and other programs for reasons that are straight up lies with no recourse.

     Does seem like a lot of unpleasant things coming.
