@unabomber Crazy stuff. What do you think Mr. Unabomber?

Set the precedent, see what happens. "Joe Biden is disqualified in Texas as a result of treason for aiding and abetting foreign enemies. No, he doesn't get a trial. See the Colorado case."

@alex @unabomber Analphabetism requirement for judges. Reading is just bad for humans. See? You're reading my such assertion.

This is the beginning of a civil war.

Yes. This is what happened last time. States started playing legal games in relation to federal authority. Arresting federal officers who attempt to enforce law the states don't like is next.

That would require the Republicans to actually do something other than suck Israel's dick

The GOP needs to get real and act just as ruthless. Take over congress and disqualify all votes of Colorado when counted under the theory that they failed to comply with federal election law. SCOTUS cannot review what congress does re counting. It's a political question. The constitution left that power solely to congress.
They won't, but they should.

Would need a leader. Trump has no balls and is a fracture point.
Splinter groups are already here, just not militarized yet. Ignoring the libshit/globohomo troops
More of the same seems more likely, they've certainly wargamed it.

Just to be clear, I'm not pro-trump, but I am pro-good precedent. This is just fucking dumb, and could lead to a lot of rogue court decisions, whether now or 100 years from now.

@Evil_Bender @Humpleupagus @alex @mar77i @unabomber I doubt it. DEA didn't do a fucking thing when half the states in the country started permitting thousand acre pot farms but the DOJ flips a bitch every time Arizona or Texas attempts to enforce immigration law.

It can't hold together under leftist rule. Mainly because their economic policies will fail and much of what tied the states together in the modern era — cheap fuel, travel, and trade — will dissappear. It will balkanize.

@Humpleupagus @nordtrack @alex @mar77i @Evil_Bender @unabomber like this country will exist in any recognizable form in a 100 years. We are either gonna have a civil war or get absorbed in to some faggy North America Union. Or the as i saw it somewhere else the C.U.M. zone (Canada, United States, and Mexico) I love this seeing all the Left just going full banana republic and not caring about the consequences of it.

The difference is people didn't KNOW it was a lie. 2020 was cats outta the bag time. Now you have 80+ million people you have stolen a vote from. Now you try and prevent them from even voting for the candidate? It only goes down hill from here.

Been there for awhile. Prop 8 was a court overrule, that set precedent across the nation for fag child trafficking.

That's one of the problems. It's not about Trumps right to vote, it's in part about disenfranchising the voters right to vote for a candidate of their choice. I worked on a ballot case once. There's law on this exact point.

And when people feel they have zero say in a government that is essentially stealing 40% of your income. While simultaneously bringing in foreigners that drive the cost of EVERYTHING thru the roof. When people have nothing to lose then why not?

Exactly how I saw it at a glance... Like how dare they use that sketchy case against him as a way to tell people in Colorado you are not allowed to choose.
What is your prediction for the upcoming Supreme shit show?

I think they'll reverse. The clause used is for serious situations like attacking Fort Sumter with arms. Plus, there's been no trial, and given the rights at issue, if it's arguable that he's not an insurrectionist, which it is, the court should defer.
The court will not touch whether or not he is actually an insurrectionist. It will be a purely procedural decision.
The court may admonish the state court though to make sure others fall in line. It may, in the alternative, reverse with a short decision — this can also have the effect of saying "you're an idiot, and I don't have time for you," amongst jurists.

@Humpleupagus @Jonaschuzzlewit @alex @mar77i @Evil_Bender @nordtrack @unabomber But humps what is more important? A stable just and fair judiciary or getting pats on the back from fighting against the greatest threat this nation has ever known Drumpf. If he's not stopped now its gonna be worse than hitler and stalin times 911

@Humpleupagus @Jonaschuzzlewit @alex @mar77i @Evil_Bender @nordtrack @unabomber i may kid but these people think they are fighting for the soul of this country and gonna do far worse to it in the long run just by fueling trump with legitimate grievances against him. If they just ignored him he would have went away.

They were deathly afraid of Bork's 1A jurisprudence. He thought only political speech was protected. That kills 99% of leftist propaganda, which mainly resides in media, including television, film, and music.

@Humpleupagus @Jean_Philippe_Micheaux @alex @mar77i @Evil_Bender @nordtrack @unabomber Looking back at American history it’s economics all the way down; for instance the main driver for the constitution was to make sure trade was smooth between the states. Late stage empire removing economics is amusing because “no economics” no America, like even the most pure, historical sense.
