   You have a great point about the stacked playing field, however I cannot take any pride in seeing some nominal conservatives turn into whiny little bitches and complain that Biden and Clinton were supporting "3 strikes and you're out".

   That is buying into the leftwing talking points.

     The right-wing influencers seem just as easily triggered and offended as the left. Calling for cancelation, censorship, and even incarceration for the opposition. I think they might be a little more rational in their ideas, but their actions are exactly the same.

     @DaddyO I think it's just the state of mind of most people today, and I largely blame social media for it. Posting your outrage about what the other side is doing gets the most attention and engagement from both sides. Basically just pissing in the wind and then complaining about being covered in piss.

     @Viking @DaddyO @Dustin I thought they needed to refine the law a little, have the three strikes be for violent crimes or felonious amounts of drugs, and not count minor crimes like shoplifting or having an eighth of weed as a strike. Send a guy to jail for life on his final strike for stealing a bag of diapers from the Wal-Mart and it just looks bad.
     
     I'm not saying they shouldn't be punished for stealing the bag of diapers or getting caught with the bag of weed, just that it shouldn't have counted as a strike. Good idea on paper, but barbaric in practice.
