FAQ: Why don't I see an account I know?

1. We might not have seen a post from them on the timeline. We are checking the federated timeline every 30 seconds!

2. No one has mentioned that account to us, feel free to @ them at us and our automated system will process them.

3. They do not want to be indexed. Check their profile (on their home instance) for this html:
