   I just got a donation request from the Biden-Harris campaign, and I just can't do it right now. The Biden Administration is running interference for Israel while that country engaged in the ethnic cleansing of Gaza. It makes empty protests about civilian deaths, without consequences, and uses its security council veto, and aircraft carriers, to block international efforts to stop these war crimes. I just can't pull out my wallet for Joe right now.

     @evan I don't blame you at all. That said, it's notable that the publicly-stated US position on Israel has shifted significantly in just two months, when changes like this at USG levels are usually glacial. It's such an awful shame that hasn't translated into much ceasefire, at least not yet, while hundreds of innocent people are being killed every day. 😥 I would say tell the White House how you feel and why.

     @jamesmarshall @evan Before Oct 7th the Israeli's weren't willing to take the causuaties needed to wipe out Hamas. After they decided it was worth it. So Israel is committed to losing 1000 soldiers on top of the 1500 civilians and soldiers already lost. That commits them to trying to achieve a kill ratio of 10-20 to one. Which means leveling a lot of Gaza and about 10,000 civilian deaths.

     But that's all on Hamas and their patrons.

     The plan is to push Palestinians out of Gaza completely. That's why they're destroying infrastructure, homes, starving the civilian population. Evacuating farther and farther toward the Rafah Gate.

     This is ethnic cleansing. They want to empty Gaza. Ben-Gvir says it, Smotrich, Gamliel. Nakba, Nakba, Nakba.
