     @amerika @m0xEE @iska @cvnt @Turkleton you should check out dubai sometime it has tons of foreigners and diversity but it runs really smooth and is nice and clean. I think the difference is that if you start shit they kick you out immediately.

     I can't speak to anime, but racism being a (mostly) reaction to exposure would mean those that "get outside" tend to have opinions about what they saw.
