     @kroner @matty @alex Heads up y'all. Im stil VERY new to the command line. Didnt see MIX_ENV=prod before the other instructions so I'll try implement that too. Nuking server now to try again..
     
     Im willing to shoot someone a couple of bucks to assist

     If you're that new to this, I would strongly recommend getting to know any sort of Linux terminal before getting in to things like this. Understand how the platform works, its quirks, and how easily you can super fuck things.

     Yeah nuking and starting from scratch might be faster. Make sure to drop MIX_ENV=prod before any mix commands in the guide as well

     I would honestly nuke the server and just start over, make sure you're following the guide step by step. What does which elixir show?

     cd /opt/pleroma then mix deps.get
