   Can someone explain how WebRTC actually works? Is it HTTP? Does it require a centralized server, and how does it find peers?

     @alex WebRTC uses SDP and ICE to punch through NAT for a direct connection. It opens a high port on each end. If that isn't possible, TURN (or is it STUN? I don't remember) is used to relay through a server both ends can reach.

     Thank you! That's awesome. I was thinking it's pretty genius how WebTorrent works and I wonder of there are other possibilities.
