     I appreciate the image descriptions†, and also that some people can't do them.

     †because my uncorrected vision is terrible, many of my mutuals are blind, and I read fedi on a text mode device

     @HauntedOwlbear @Eliot_L This applies in real life too. I just can't describe things, and I often don't even remember visual details. I've lived at the address I currently reside in since 2009, and I couldn't tell you what color my house is. 🤷♂️

     @HauntedOwlbear @Eliot_L I understand, and I understood this about Mastodon when I joined. I can describe text paragraph on a background, but anything more than that sends me into a small panic. Just for the sake of my own comfort this is a hit I knew I would have to take with the community. I don't see it changing either.
