   Perhaps if I make only a linux binary on that hellsite :D

     @Longplay_Games Release as flatpak or on itchio and include an add to steam library option at install time that creates a shortcuts.vdf entry ?

     @Longplay_Games Sadly not, although I similarly have it installed on the desktop side.

     I don't think you can even install Flatpaks directly from the Deck interface, so I think it'd have to be installed via the desktop, either way. (Modded steam deck setups notwithstanding.)

     But it'd definitely be doable to add it to the deck interface as part and parcel of installation.

     @HauntedOwlbear OOOoooo that's clever boots.
     Is there a proper Itch store app on the steamdeck? I know I have mine installed, but I just do it via the steam desktop part.

     Oh, if you've already coughed up Valve's $100, then definitely might as well.

     I really love it when Steam keys come as a bonus to itch purchases, and will always buy that way if I can.

     Plus, it often makes up for the fact that itchio sales tax is on top, rather than integrated into, pricing, justifying that extra cost.

     @HauntedOwlbear I think I'll give it a run with a linux-only steam version, since I already paid my money.

     Mostly people have historically purchased our games via Itch and Patreon (over 2x the number via steam), so I may just drive sales the other way.

     Buy the windows + linux + osx game on Itch/Gog, get the steam key.
