   Spruce has spent the night recovering from her surgery in my bedroom, getting scared when I fell asleep that I couldn’t protect us, as she’s a light sleeper she usually sleeps at my feet and takes on that role.

   So every time I fell asleep she’d cry until I woke up, and it’s paid off as we made it through the night unmolested by predators.

     @PetraPhoenix I’m sure she will, she has antibiotics, anti inflammatories, and some heavy duty pain killers, and she gets her stitches out on monday. But until then she needs taking care of ❤️
