I wrote a Supreme Court amicus brief in the NetChoice cases on behalf of a group of First Amendment and Internet Law Scholars. We argue that the FL/TX laws prohibiting most forms of content moderation violate the First Amendment rights of users to choose what speech they listen to. I hope the Supreme Court agrees. https://james.grimmelmann.net/files/legal/amicus/netchoice-us-2023.pdf
