@jeremiah whenever I'm fulfilling an order I have to check the shipping address conforms against the Australia Post database of addresses. Google maps is also useful in this regard. About 20-30% of people get it wrong. The most common mistake is they fill the "city" field with the name of the greater urban area rather than their suburb. E.g. The put "Sydney" rather than "Bondi". The other thing they regularly get wrong is the post code. Usually picking something from the suburb next door.

@jeremiah Once in a while I get an address so bad I have to call and find out what the hell they are talking about. I do all this because I've had about 4 or 5 orders returned to me because the shipping address didn't exist.
