   Phoned my dad because I have to get my shit together to go off to Cardiff for the weekend and it’s easier to do something when I’m talking to someone on the phone due to ADHD, and my dad completely misunderstood his role and started telling me off for not working hard enough at getting out of the house

     My buddy with ADHD calls me when they're cleaning or coding, we call that me being "Productivity Cat." My job is to chat lightly or listen as ideas are bounced around. I wasn't aware this was an ADHD thing, interesting.

     @heathen_cat oh yeah, cleaning and coding and a couple of other things aren’t stimulating enough to do on their own, so having someone to talk to makes it 1bn times easier as a task
