Sure, DC residents will probably feel some pain but nothing they don't already suffer from. All this is doing is step 1 of dispersing these illegals to their new permanent residence throughout the country. Better to keep them in one place for ez hypothetical deportation.

     My old roommate worked for him for 2 years and the job was so simple he'd work for 2 hours and come home to play video games and he was still outperforming the beans.
