     Me: runs to catch ICE after the FEX is cancelled, RE is delayed heavily, and I end up rerouting via the S-Bahn, getting on at exactly the departure time
     DB, one minute later: how about a 30 minute delay

     In normal circumstances I would expect them to hold the second train

     But I expect they won't because SNCF won't want to import DB's punctuality

     @lanodan My experience travelling between Berlin and Paris several times is that without fail the ICE Berlin<->Karlsruhe is somehow running 30+ minutes late while either the ICE or TGV Karlsruhe<->paris arrives at most 10 minutes late
