     I have refused to use AA for nearly a decade now. Aside from anything else they loose my luggage almost every time and never replace the damage.

     @georgetakei - An American Airlines crew threatened to have us thrown off the flight if we kept insisting on having my wife's wheelchair put in the cabin closet specifically designated for the purpose by federal law. Smashing a chair on the baggage ramp is no surprise at all.
