   I was gonna be good & not drink tonight, but triggers are pressed, & good intentions fly out of the window !

   I’m worried about a dear friend as well , which is not helping (not that it’s their fault! )

   Suddenly a good day has tuned slightly sour. *sighs*

     Ugh, sorry to hear that.

     Is there anything distracting and/or relaxing that you could do instead?

     E.g. watching a captivating series?

     @HistoPol I’m better today thanks HP. There are some long & deep issues flowing through the centre of all this that I cannot really escape .

     @HistoPol Ah it’s a problem long in the brewing my friend, it will likely get a lot worse before it gets better.
