   @deadparrot, I wish Rust had a similar compile-time function execution for meta-programming instead of ugly macros.

     "Attack of the Killer Features in Zig" takes 30 mins to convince me why I won't use it.

     5 minutes in and the first "The programmer needs to be aware that the compiler is doing this" -> Nope, no thank you. Never in the history of Programming Languages has it been a good idea to optimize something for the sake of clarity.
