   Really. It gives my brain a little treat and tells me that I'm doing things correctly and I'm on the correct path.

   Literally just take a screen cap when you do it. That's all I ask!

     @rotfarm thank you making the case for illustrated step-by-step tutorials. I don't always get to do these (space and house style are frequent obstacles) and it can be a lot of extra effort in some publishing systems, but I'm so glad it's worthwhile to people

     @HauntedOwlbear for parts where its just copy/pasting terminal commands, it's fine. The text in a terminal type font is perfect.

     If what you're doing uses a UI. A visual cue of steps is the best, maybe with little text for direction.

     Example:

     Go to-

     Edit > preferences >next option

     (Insert visual cue of window here)

     @HauntedOwlbear I would say "no problem", but it kind of is.(no salt) but Like, without having the problem, I couldn't yell about how to make it better, which is also work, and time away from the things I actually want to do, which is supporting people (ironically)

     Currently pretty short on rent this month, so I feel like I have to make an effort with any way I get to people. I generally don't like plugging myself, but there's no other way to make $ for being critical or making art on the internet
