   when making a static web page, are there any standard CSS frameworks or projects I should steal from? I just need something simple.

     @kaia if it's just a static web page I recommend rolling something yourself —you can't go more minimal than that.

     @kaia@brotka.st I think these are the only css frameworks I could recommend nowadays http://getskeleton.com/ https://bulma.io/documentation/ any other larger framework like bootstrap/foundation/MUI tends to create just as many problems as it solves
