   Both of my kids are currently obsessed with #Duolingo. As I sit here I can hear German coming from one room and French from another. 😆

     @illionas @ruari My 7-year old also does English on Duolingo (when she feels like it) … and was able to ask the new Indian classmate, who doesn’t speak German, yet: “You and me, we play?” *proud parent*

     I’ve finished Danish (and can read it and say simple stuff reasonably now) and Ukrainian (a short course, I still know little) and now I refresh my school French … 1554 day streak

     @ruari @GreenSkyOverMe as a German speaking parent: same in the other direction. English just smoothly. 😎

     I myself am keeping the streak on 940 for Spanish 😇

     (I put no pressure on the kids, sometimes they want to do the streak someone’s they don’t; then i will do it myself)
