Does AMD Ryzen Master tool's automatic undervolting do that well?
I do stand by undervolting as a GREAT way to make your computer put out less heat but, as you will be reminded, if your computer randomly decides to reboot, that's a side effect of undervolting too hard.
@Tamamo@Spooke also my room kinda gets hot in the morning/afternoon when the sun is rising (my room is faced towards the east) and the coolest at sunset in the Florida heat (which is still in the high 80's and low 90's still)
undervolting is a GREAT thing and it's a fucking tragedy that Intel decided to disable undervolting for all new chips since TGL (except the H/HK chips you get in some gaming/workstation laptops)
@DrRyanSkelton@Spooke@luithe My 5800X can handle the maximum undervolt PBO allows (-30 iirc). My 5600G can handle around -16 ish before becoming unstable. Its a matter of trail end error but very much worth it. Especially on the X chips since they run hot as hell on stock settings. :zt_nod:
