     @sun_eater @eris @ildottore i fell for a lot of that bullshit too, im not on fedi much so i miss a lot of it but honestly ive blocked a lot of that side of fedi cause i dont like the antisemitism and "edgy" behavior. I never had any trouble with maija before this discourse. -To be clear this id not me defending maija, just that i probably should take a closer look and possibly purge my followers. With that said I want my moots to fucking do better though like i personally think (and know from experience) the people that some of my moots either are or are friends with or are into toxic bs and id rather them not. Ive had no problem removing followers for one reason or another. I just am not as terminally on fedi to notice it all the time. Like theres a point where i cut people off and i dont stand for nazi shit or bigoted bs tbh, after a while i cut ppl like that off.

     I don't think cutting them off will fix anything and cutting people off bcos of guilt by association shit is gonna help the people you cut off probably lean more to that side
