     Reduce the salt content in your non-kosher brine recipe to less than 5% to convert it for kosher birds.

     I'm really dreading the online social media onslaught that's about to happen. Some things are controversial and should be and it's OK to have passionate disagreements.

     Of course.

     Stifling dissent never serves a positive purpose and it's how we have a society wide dialogue about important things.
