     This shit percolates up all the way through the upper middle class. Most white collar professionals are mired in various forms of debt: mortgages, car notes student loans, credit cards. They don’t actually pay the upper middle class enough to live like the upper middle class anymore, and haven’t for some time. I’m sure you already know this it’s just worth bringing up. The data seems to say that this shit is coming home to roost in Q4 2023 though. So we’ll see. Maybe riots for real in 2024. Maybe not.

But the court 's handlers knew what a bomb that was about to be so backed off before it got too hot.

     I mean I know people in management and ever since the affirmative action ruling the DEI shit has gotten out of pocket in corporate / professional settings. They went from putting their thumb on the scale enough to only hire competent white guys, letting all the humps be diversity hires, to just not hiring white guys outright, competent or otherwise. There’s an obvious and extreme doubling down going on.

     Now, this is where it gets into speculation, so bear with me, but I think the powers that be at the top know they need to put a damper on this shit diversity shit, because it’s going to create the exact same kind of moral cause you mentioned that the vax mandates did. However, their HR drones are too brainwashed to listen to the signal, “Okay, it’s time to stop that shit now.” So ESG CEOs are pumping the brakes on it, but Tumblr HR is not hearing that shit. It’s corporate corruption from the bottom up. It’s taking a powderkeg and basically lighting the fuse.

     It’s the golem biting the hand that feeds it. See brownoids going after Israel because they perceive Ashkenazim as White as the same thing happening in a different arena.

     I’m not sure I agree entirely. HR and bullshit roles like it are there to be the face of the company to their employees. They represent the company to the people who work for it. So their job is to just say and do whatever the company thinks is in the company’s interests in this regard. Classically this has amounted to finding ways to be very polite about bad news like layoffs or sometimes just outright lie.

     I think this is different. I think that if these HR drones just did what they were told, they’d get to keep their jobs. I think it’s a different issue. I think it’s actually ideologically motivated, that it’s social media brain rot. Millennials are by and large fucked in the head, man. The only economic policy matter they take seriously is student loan forgiveness. Everything else is just leftoid idpol.

     Well, yeah, sort of. But if the company doesn’t survive, then neither does their grift. So they do want to prolong corporate survival indefinitely, even if it means stagnating innovation and the markets. But consider this timeline:

     Jews wanted brownoids because they got high on their own supply ant really believed the important functions could be performed by them, and fuck Whitey. To this end they brainwash Millennials in general, but in particular Millennial women cross-racially, to believe in this leftoid idpol. In 2020 and onward, they started to realize this is unrealistic, their golems are disloyal and their grift is about to die with the companies that support it, so they decide they want Whitey back in mid 2023. However, their golems are too brainwashed to stop doing the things they were trained on.

     I actually think they signed their own death warrant here, man.

     I don’t expect a Happening, so to speak, just a spike in random violent crime. Think a lot of petty robberies and property damage, landlords getting shot, bosses getting shot, honor killings, and so forth. Jews in the intelligence agencies have been effective at stymieing racial organization but haven’t addressed the underlying issue. The underlying issue being Whitey MAD (justifiably so). Because there isn’t effective racial organization now, even though even the normies all know that the conflict is racial in nature, the lash-outs are going to be personal. They will not be against The Jews as an abstraction, or even against a particular Jew, but just whoever was fucking with them gets got, plus whoever laughed at them while they stood in the breadlines.

     That’s my model of it anyway. We’ll see if the numbers bear out what I’m thinking come Jan 2025.

Younger than that never really got a fair deal especially if they were private sector only. I don't expect any huge happenings next year but I wouldn't be upset by it either, it needs to happen.

     Right, I agree. The matter at hand is more like the matters at hand; partly anti-Whites, partly Jews being fucked up, partly a tide of other social ills I will spare you in this thread. But I really do think that we won’t see an organized Happening so much as an emerging honor culture. If someone can’t win at life by playing by the rules – they get no car, they get no gf, they get no house, they get 12hr shifts and a 1br bedbug apartment – then they will just pull the trigger on whoever looks at them cross-eyed. When you interrogate them about it they’ll tell you it’s about how Tray Tray ripped him off for the last time, even though the underlying cause amounts to some variation on Jews Jewing.

I’m fortunate enough that my employer doesn’t seem so insane in the first place, but that’s a product of where I live in the country more than anything.
