   @MostlyHarmless I never understood the requirements to use blank ink on some forms or why tests demanded a No 2 pencil (Where's the No 1? No 3? Never seen them in my entire life!!!!!)

     Someone just decided blue ink pens were equally as acceptable as black and everyone else just played along.
