Boomers I don't think will ever believe that hiring agencies, hr departments, employee application filtering software, corporate policies, political mandate, coaching for employers and interviewers, and many more methods are deliberately used against white male candidates for every job level
So now teenage to young adult white men cannot get crap jobs nor do college graduates or trade workers and this doesn't just apply to application where you answer white male to the questions but your social security number or name puts in every system that you are white and therefore must be pushed to the bottom of the pile or your application goes straight into the trash without anyone ever having seen it

My sister has never held a job for more than 6 months. She's a flake on paper, shows up late all the time, cops an attitude with everyone, is always a problem employee, and yet when she applies to anywhere she gets a callback in short fashion. She has never had to spend any amount of time on a job search it just falls in her lap and she doesn't even have a GED or high school diploma
I did graduate school, took dual enrollment for a bit my senior year, have had multiple jobs of which all I was a model employee and 2 jobs I stayed long term and had perfect and near perfect attendance. I apply for dozens of jobs and might get 1 or 2 callbacks 6 months later when none of the other slackjawed troglodytes work out or show up to the interview process. I was told by an employer that I was the only person they'd seen in years who actually dressed up for an interview, everyone else of all ages shows up in a shirt and jeans or even pajama pants for girls. I wasn't even that well dressed then, I wore my dress shirt, tie, and slacks because I had my winter coat then which is really well insulated and wore converse for shoes because dress shoes in my size are expensive and at the time I had to be careful with money

Some employers do this intentionally, others know there is a direct or indirect punishment for not enforcing these policies. What a world we live in

The hiring process was already made to disqualify actual worthwhile candidates because an interview, cover letter, and resume mean nothing to the actual quality work an employee will do, nor does his social aptitude but now even getting to that jewish practice is practically impossible and relies on a system glitch or a lack of pushed in nonwhite candidates and if you are able to get the job you are held a higher standard with less room for error. Tyrone and jazmyne can show up to work late all the time, take time off for period cramps, or underperform, and will never be fired but if you don't turn in 90% every single day and come in on your day off then you're on thin ice and will be fired the second time it happens
