      Keep it up. I worked out like a maniac since last Friday.... drumming, lifting, including pullups and situps, and running. I'm talking pretty much all day long. I'm absolutely floored today. I look good though. 😏

      I have a full on jewfro down to my shoulders. Balding is not an issue.

      I do have semi-chicken legs though. It's genetic. Even when I was leg pressing massive amounts of weight in my youth, they didn't get any bigger. They're not twigs, but my top is definitely bigger.

      I used to ride, but my legs never got any bigger. I haven't been in a while because my bike has a flat, which I hate changing, and it's running weather anyway.

      I literally buy beater mountain bikes for around $200, ride the fuck out of them for a few years until they give to a non-reasonably-repairable extent, and then toss them.

      Yea, it kept breaking chains on me and I decided to literally just yeet it several years ago.
      Should have used better judgement and kept it around to just be tuned. Shit was not a cheap frame, but it was broken for years before this.
