   $ flatpak update

   would give me info on current version, version I'll update to, and a link to the changelog. That would be pretty sweet.

     @FineFindus Well, no, I had not. Just wanted to toss it out there :D But your little nudge made me check it out, and I found this that I gave a +1 to: https://github.com/flatpak/flatpak/issues/3685

     I'll see if I can get around to creating one for a link to the changelog myself later :)

     @forteller Have you already created an issue on the Flatpak GitHub/ given +1 to the existing ones?
     It's often hard for maintainers/developers to know what users want if none of them give direct feedback :)
