   @sim maybe it's better this way sometimes. each time I asked back why someone reported a innocuous or already NSFW tagged post, they either reacted hostile or blocked us.

     @kaia @sim All the reports I get are anonymous.
     
     What am I supposed to do with this? FSG doesn't have zero moderation, but most of the time I do need context and additional information which no one ever provides. Look at the damn domain name, I don't just delete posts without a good reason.
     
     The best ones are reports about posts not in English. One of my users apparently posts some spicy stuff -- in Chinese? Some Asian language anyway. Could they lend me a hand here? What's it say? Nope, anonymous, no context or explanation. Well then the post stays up no matter what it says.
     
     It's very annoying. I swear some (invariably Mastodon) users just spend all day mass reporting posts but can't be arsed to do the minimum and tell me why it's a problem.
