     Judges Kenly Kato and Julia Kobick confirmed by Senate to federal district courts in CA and MA resp. today.
     The Senate has now confirmed 150 lifetime federal judges during the Biden administration.

     Votes for Julia Kobick :
     2 Republicans Collins & Murkowski voted Yes.
     Manchin voted No (Shame, shame!).

     From Democracy Docket - "Here is the order extending poll hours for all Hinds County, Mississippi precincts until 8 pm (because of a huge ballot shortage that’s kept voters in line for hours). This order comes from a lawsuit filed by the Mississippi Democratic Party."

     The Mississippi Republican Party filed an 'urgent and necessitous' matter with the Mississippi Supreme Court to vacate the lower court order extending voting in Hinds County until 8 PM."

     Republicans cannot win a fair election. So, they suppress Democratic votes.

     Hinds, the most populous county in Mississippi with a 2020 census population of 227,742, is 69.2% African American.
