AIs are so bad at information injestion and so bad at structuring information. The next question is like "can we even make it possible for someone to ask why a discount applies" and we're not sure
Even if we use a traditional semantic or logical model instead of a stupid LLM model we're not sure how possible it is because insurance companies suuuuuuck
