     I’m stating that the Israelis in charge are the worst people on earth tied only with Hamas faggots. They both use terror as standard tactics and they both target civilians. The people in charge of these groups are terrible humans.

     I’m certain civilians in these areas are wonderful people. Their leaders clearly are not.

     @MartinDeLaToot @SAUNDERS @Wondercrisp I don’t agree dude. Hamas is the worst. Not only are they the worst towards Israelis, they are the worst for Palestinians. They truly wanted Israel to kill Palestinian civilians or else the attack on Oct 7th would have been pointless. And they put their weapons caches purposefully where Israel can’t get to them without killing civilians. Give me evidence of Israel doing stuff like that and I will change my perspective.

     I think this ultimately is a holy war and both religions are very flawed. I don’t disagree. I have not picked either religion or nor am I advocating for the state to be run by my religion. So both are ultimately off the mark. But saying Hamas is off the mark is like saying a serial murderer is a real jerk. Doesn’t seem to do it justice.

     Maybe we need a different United Nations which explicitly is for only those countries which hold regular elections and are, at least to a degree, secular.

     OTOH, as Sir Humphrey has explained, the UN is the internationally recognized forum for expressing hatred. Dunno if it's an outlet to vent anger or a breeding ground for hatred at this point, tho.

     Ya I don’t know. Until Jews, Muslims, and Christians can band together to effectively expel and protect each other from extremist fundamentalists on any side I think there is no solution that will work. And I also believe most Palestinians won’t be happy until the name of the state is changed to something other than “Israel”.
