     @kaia@brotka.st deutschebahn.com is mostly used for the holding group and corporate stuff, for passenger services like tickets, https://bahn.de is more commonly used :3

     @kaia that's common practice. They use the longer name because it's descriptive, they redirect to it from the others to mitigate copycat-phishing. It also allows them free short-links, if they want them.
